Peluang itulah yang dilihat oleh seorang pebisnis Reino Barack. Di bawah payung perusahaan Adesco, pada hari ini (19/12), Reino resmi meluncurkan restoran Food Days, di daerah Cipete Raya, Jakarta Selatan.

Dijelaskan Allan T. Dewan, Director Adesco, restoran Food Days merupakan konsep resto keluarga yang memadukan menu makanan ala Amerika dan Jepang. Contohnya, menu steak yang dapat dinikmati dengan pinzu atau teriyaki sauce ala Jepang. Menu makanan yang disajikan restoran Food Days sebenarnya terbilang sudah sangat akrab dengan pecinta kuliner Jakarta.

Lebih lanjut ia menjelaskan bahwa restoran Food Days memanjakan pelanggannya dengan menu all you can drink. Jenis minuman yang disajikan pun sangat variatif, mulai dari soft drink, jus segar, aneka teh dan kopi, serta jenis minuman lainnya. Minuman all you can drink sudah termasuk soup of the day yang dapat dinikmati sepuasnya.

“Restoran kami berkonsep restoran keluarga dengan harga yang terjangkau mulai dari Rp 40 ribu hingga Rp 150 ribu, menu yang variatif, dan atmosfir yang hangat untuk berkumpul. Oleh karena itu, desain interior resto dirancang minimalis tapi sangat cozy dalam menikmati makanan. Harapan kami, Food Days menjadi salah satu pilihan utama keluarga dan segmen millennials, yang memang menjadi target market utama kami,” ungkap Allan, yang menyebutkan bahwa pemesanan dilakukan melalui tablet yang tersedia di tiap meja.

Sebagai pendatang baru di bilangan Jakarta Selatan, restoran Food Days menawarkan menu unggulan, Hamburg Steak. “Untuk menu Hamburg Steak, kami menjaga standarisasi kualitas daging yang diimpor dari Amerika. Kami juga menggunakan bahan baku yang halal,” lanjut Allan yang menyebutkan untuk minuman, Food Days menggandeng Coca-Cola dan Nestle Group.

Ke depan, menurut Allan, restoran Food Days masih akan fokus ekspansi di wilayah Jakarta, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. “Sama seperti di Cipete Raya-Jakarta Selatan yang terhitung tinggi untuk tingkat hunian dan sekolah, maka ke depan kami juga akan masuk ke daerah berkarakter serupa, seperti Bintaro, BSD (Serpong), dan Bekasi. Tahun 2019, kami targetkan akan buka 4-5 gerai serta menjalin kerja sama dengan Grab Food dan Go Food,” patok Allan.

With a strong background in accounting and taxation, Danny has worked for 12 years in the F&B sector as an accountant. Danny completed his Accounting studies at one of the universities in Yogyakarta and has received Brevet Taxation and Sharia Banking training.

As someone who is passionate about F&B, Allan has been working in the F&B field for more than 9 years. After graduating from college cum laude, Allan worked at RCTI/MNC Group. The discipline, knowledge, and experience that Allan gained while working at one of the biggest TV stations in Indonesia is applied by Allan at Adesco Group.
