Green Wok: Buka Puasa Sehat Pakai 'Nasi' Konnyaku Goreng Kecombrang Plus Lidah Sapi

Saat Ramadhan tetap bisa jalani hidup sehat dengan memilih makanan sahur dan buka yang tepat. Bagi yang sedang berusaha turunkan berat badan, menu-menu yang dipilih haruslah rendah karbohidrat dan terkontrol nilai kalorinya.

Kalau tak mau repot masak, berbagai makanan Indonesia enak dan sehat buatan Green Wok bisa jadi pilihan. Gerainya ada di lantai LG Plaza Indonesia, tepatnya di area Food Hall.

Konsep Green Wok dihadirkan para pendiri 3Skinny-Minnies dan MAM Jakarta yang juga terkenal dengan menu sehatnya. Bedanya, Green Wok menerapkan konsep WokToGo yang lebih cepat dan praktis dalam pembuatan menunya.

Nampak jejeran lauk-lauk khas Indonesia dibalik rak kaca Green Wok. Semuanya bisa dipilih sebagai topping sajian sesuai selera pengunjung. Proses meracik sendiri memang jadi konsep utama Green Wok.

Untuk jenis karbohidratnya, pengunjung bisa pilih nasi putih bebas gula, nasi hitam, barley, nasi kembang kol (cauli-rice), atau nasi konnyaku. Keterangan menu ini disandingkan dengan jumlah kalori per sajian, berikut harganya.

Jenis protein, hidangan tumis, sayuran, topping, dan saus juga bisa pilih sendiri. Kebanyakan merupakan menu Indonesia dan khas Asia.

Kami meracik nasi putih bebas gula (Rp 10.000), Beef Rib Eye (Rp 25.000), Sambal Ikan Bilis (Rp 25.000), dan Cuciwis (Rp 10.000). Total harga racikan kami Rp 70.000 dengan nilai kalori sekitar 322,5 Kcal.

Usai memilih dan membayar, kami bisa mengintip pegawai meracik bumbu dan topping di wok. Prosesnya tak terlalu lama karena tinggal menambahkan bumbu seperti garam sehat, lada, dan kecap asin.

Irisan rib eye pada menu pilihan kami begitu empuk dan kenyal. Rasa gurihnya didapat dari pemakaian bumbu sederhana. Sayangnya kami mencecap rasa asin terlalu kuat. Oh ya, pendamping cuciwis terasa istimewa karena masih renyah dan segar.

Tak ketinggalan sambal ikan bilis yang bikin rice bowl makin enak. Meski namanya sambal, tampilan hidangan tumis ini tak memperlihatkan banyak cabai.

Warnanya justru kecokelatan seperti rendang yang dihaluskan. Terasa potongan ikan bilis mungil yang gurih berpadu dengan pedas cabai yang samar-samar.

Untuk buka puasa, kami juga sempat memilih paket yang sudah disiapkan Green Wok. Ada sekitar 20 menu siap santap yang tersedia, namun kami memilih Nasi Konnyaku Goreng Kecombrang (Rp 70.000) yang jadi favorit. Nilai kalorinya sekitar 363 Kcal dengan pelengkap irisan daging lidah sapi dan telur orak-arik.

Karena memilih paket disantap di tempat, maka pegawai perlu memanaskan sajian ini lalu memindahkannya ke mangkuk saji untuk kami. Tampilan nasi konnyaku cukup menggugah selera.

Buliran nasinya bukan terbuat dari beras melainkan konjac alias umbi gajah. Sumber karbohidrat ini terkenal rendah kalori dengan tekstur kenyal mirip agar-agar. Rasa konnyaku sendiri hambar sehingga bisa dipadukan dengan bumbu nasi goreng yang gurih.

Nasi goreng konnyaku makin enak dilengkapi irisan kecombrang yang harum, lidah sapi yang gurih dan kenyal, serta telur orak-arik. Dijamin kenyang menyantap menu ini untuk buka puasa. Yuk, coba!
