Dengan menyebarkan positive eating, kami akan berkontribusi untuk mengembangkan hamburg berkualitas tinggi bagi masyarakat,” ujar Dimas Bima selaku General Manager Adesco, pada acara launching media acara pembukaan restoran Ishigamaya, di Plaza Indonesia, Selasa, 12 Februari 2019.

Hamburg sendiri merupakan salah satu jenis masakan yang sangat populer di Jepang. Dan Anda dapat menemukan berbagai macam restoran di Jepang yang menyajikan hamburg.

Ishigamaya sendiri menyajikan hamburg yang menggunakan daging sapi impor terbaik yang diternak di lingkungan yang mendukung dengan asupan pangan yang berkualitas. Sehingga, hamburg yang dihasilkan pun masih terasa potongan daging segar yang digunakannya.

“Kelezatan tercipta dari kecermatan daging yang dicincang plus sayuran dan bumbu-bumbu yang kami gunakan. Tekstur hamburg kami unik dan lembut sehingga mudah dinikmati.”

“Di Jepang, hamburg disukai anak-anak tetapi di Ishigamaya, hamburg juga disukai oleh orang dewasa. Hamburg kami juga dikembangkan melalui tes dan percobaan yang dipilih dengan cermat,” ujar Yukihito Sakase selaku chef Ishigamaya.

Ia pun menambahkan memanggang dengan stone oven khusus yang panas sehingga hamburg yang dihasilkan renyah di atas namun tetap lembut di bagian dalam.

Hamburg Ishigamaya dipanggang menggunakan oven batu khusus. Temperatur yang sangat tinggi menghasilkan tekstur yang renyah. Pemanggangan yang cermat dengan memanfaatkan efek sinar inframerah dari oven batu menghasilkan hamburg yang luar biasa gurih dan juicy dengan rasa daging yang kaya.

As someone who is passionate about F&B, Allan has been working in the F&B field for more than 9 years. After graduating from college cum laude, Allan worked at RCTI/MNC Group. The discipline, knowledge, and experience that Allan gained while working at one of the biggest TV stations in Indonesia is applied by Allan at Adesco Group.
