Co-founder MAM, Putri Hardiman Alamsyah, mempersilahkan femina untuk mengisi menu card di depan kasir. Setelah diisi dengan komposisi karbohidrat, bumbu, sayur, hingga protein yang disuka, menu card langsung bisa diserahkan ke kasir. Praktis, tanpa perlu menunggu berlama-lama.

Tantangan Tana Suwardhono yang berperan sebagai koki di dalam MAM adalah menciptakan kembali hidangan Indonesia yang lekat dengan kesan gorengan, minim sayuran, menjadi masakan yang tetap enak, tapi lebih tinggi protein dan kaya serat. Ia tak ingin masakannya kehilangan esensi masakan lokal yang kaya cita rasa. Co-founder MAM dan fitness coachReina Wardhana, bekerja erat dengannya dalam menjaga standar kalori hidangan berkisar di antara 200-350 Kkal.

Di etalase hidangannya ada Sambal Ikan Bilis, Barley Goreng Oncom, Nasi Konnyaku Goreng Kecombrang, Tumis Ayam Rawit, hingga arem-arem nasi hitam isi Lidah Tomat Bawang Putih. Anda bisa memilihnya sesuai selera, atau membeli sepaket  #wokToGo Fixed Menu. Kemasannya aman masuk ke dalam microwave agar Anda tidak repot mencari wadah lainnya. Porsi dan kalorinya pas.

Untuk pilihan karbohidratnya, ada barley, cauliflower ‘rice’, nasi konnyaku, dan nasi hitam. Semuanya alternatif yang lebih rendah indeks glikemik sehingga aman bagi para diabetesi.

Green Wok juga menggandeng Adesco Group, sebuah perusahaan yang banyak menelurkan restoran luks dan gaya hidup. Di tengah peluncuran Green Wok, pemilik Adesco Group, Reino Barack, yakin dengan Green Wok yang mengisi ceruk makanan sehat.

Not only has experience as an accountant, Rizal also has experience working as an F&B Service at Mercure Indonesia hotels.

As someone who has been in the F&B world for a long time, Tredy has many connections to vendors that can help lower production costs. After completing his studies at a college in West Jakarta, Tredy started his career in Purchasing and has been running for more than 9 years. Before working at Adesco Group, Tredy worked as a Purchasing at Papparich.

With a strong background in accounting and taxation, Danny has worked for 12 years in the F&B sector as an accountant. Danny completed his Accounting studies at one of the universities in Yogyakarta and has received Brevet Taxation and Sharia Banking training.

As someone who is passionate about F&B, Allan has been working in the F&B field for more than 9 years. After graduating from college cum laude, Allan worked at RCTI/MNC Group. The discipline, knowledge, and experience that Allan gained while working at one of the biggest TV stations in Indonesia is applied by Allan at Adesco Group.
