Reino Barack yang baru saja menikahi Syahrini dikenal sebagai pengusaha sukses. Di bidang kuliner, pria berdarah Jepang ini memiliki sederet resto keren di Jakarta.

Sedang berada di kawasan Cipete, detikFood menyempatkan diri untuk cicip makanan enak. Resto Food Days jadi salah satu restoran baru yang menarik untuk dicoba.

Desain resto yang bergaya retro Amerika ini memiliki ciri khas warna merah dan biru. Dilengkapi dengan komputer tablet, pengunjung tak perlu repot memanggil pelayan karena bisa langsung pesan sendiri melalui tablet yang terkoneksi ke dapur.

Menunya ada pasta, nasi, aneka camilan, dessert hingga puluhan minuman yang bisa dinikmati secara ‘all you can drink’. Cukup menambah Rp 34.632 Anda bisa menikmati semua jenis minuman dan ambil sepuasnya.

Anda akan diberikan gelas untuk minuman dingin dan gelas keramik untuk minuman hangat. Cappuccino, chocolate milk, coffee latte, jus buah sampai minuman bersoda.

Sambil menunggu makanan jadi, kami diberikan semangkuk sup hangat gratis. Sup bening dengan isian jagung manis dan tahu ini enak untuk hangatkan tubuh dan lumayan dapat mengganjal perut.

Mau makan nasi? Kami langsung mencicip Omurice with Demi Glace Sauce (Rp 60.606). Nasi goreng yang dibuat dengan nasi pulen khas Jepang punya warna oranye dengan cita rasa gurih.

Nasi goreng gaya Jepang ini diselimuti dengan omellet. Omelettenya berwarna kuning dengan rasa gurih plus tekstur yang creamy basah. Ketika disendokseperti omurice umumnya, kepulan asap halus menyeruak keluar. Aroma keju yang berpadu dengan saus demi glace creamy gurih.

Nasi goreng gurih dengan sensasi rasa butter makin pas dipadu dengan omelette. Beriringan dengan saus keju gurih dan saus cokelat yang gurih manis.

Kalau bosan dengan nasi, Resto Food Days punya menu andalan yaitu Cheese in Hamburg (Rp 69.264). Disajikan di atas hot plate, hamburg akan datang ke meja dengan bunyi desisnya bunyi burger yang beradu dengan hotplate.

Hamburg steak berupa burger steak gaya Jepang disajikan lengkap dengan saus andalannya yaitu demi glace dan aneka setup sayuran seperti wortel, jagung, buncis dan jagung manis.

Aroma gurih daging sapinya sangat gurih. Apalagi ketika di potong, lelehan keju mozarella keluar dan mulur. Tekstur burgernya gurih dan juicy makin enak dicelup dengan saus demi glace. Semua tauge, jagung dan buncis punya tekstur renyah. Sedangkan wortelnya empuk dan manis.

Rasa gurih yang melekat di mulut bisa dihapus dengan pilihan dessert enak. Ada French Toast (Rp 38.961), dessert Prancis inipun disajikan dengan sentuhan Jepang.

French toastnya disajikan dengan topping cream lembut dengan rasa susu. Siram dengan saus cokelat dan nikmati bersama dengan potongan strawberry dan pisang. Mantap!

As someone who is passionate about F&B, Allan has been working in the F&B field for more than 9 years. After graduating from college cum laude, Allan worked at RCTI/MNC Group. The discipline, knowledge, and experience that Allan gained while working at one of the biggest TV stations in Indonesia is applied by Allan at Adesco Group.
